Full Steam Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator in Woodland, CA! This is your chance to advance your career in a supportive environment.
Your Role:
As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be the key to ensuring efficient warehouse operations and a safe workplace. You will maintain open communication with client management, supervise employees, and deliver seamless customer service.
Position:
Onsite Coordinator Shifts Available:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, flexibility needed
Pay Rate:
$19.00/
HR Benefits:

Requirements:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee attendance and punctuality of employees Lead and manage warehouse team with professionalism Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Handle workers' compensation and injury events Conduct safety meetings and safety walks Certify employees on Material Handling Equipment Manage timekeeping for employee hours Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports Issue disciplinary actions when necessary Keep the employee database updated Undertake additional tasks as directed
What We Require:
High School Diploma/GED minimum Warehouse/distribution experience preferred, not required Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word Strong client service and relationship skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Bilingual in English and Spanish Full Steam Staffing will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
