Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as a key liaison between sales teams, clients, and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations. Your energetic approach and organizational prowess will help drive sales success while providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the owner and sales team Maintain customer records and sales documentation Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability Prepare quotes, estimates, bids, and other sales documents Follow up with customers and assist with ongoing customer service Coordinate schedules, communications, and daily administrative tasks Assist with sales reports, data entry, and recordkeeping Maintain organized files and ensure information is accurate and up to date Support the team with various administrative and sales-related projects Qualifications Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and data-entry skills Professional, dependable, and willing to learn Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills The Company is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
