On-Call | $23-$25/hour + Quarterly Bonus Potential Onsite | Eagle County, CO Offices About the Role Slifer Smith & Frampton is looking for an On-Call Broker Services Coordinator to support our offices throughout Eagle County. You'll work alongside experienced real estate brokers as well as our marketing and broker support teams while learning the systems, tools, and day-to-day operations that keep a busy brokerage moving. What You'll Do Welcome clients and visitors and connect them with the right broker or team member Support brokers with day-to-day office and administrative needs Keep offices and conference rooms organized, stocked, and client-ready Answer phones and assist with incoming and outgoing mail Help coordinate office meetings, events, and special projects Assist with reporting and other administrative needs Learn tools used in the real estate business, including FlexMLS, Marq, and Microsoft 365 Along the way, you'll get a firsthand look at how a brokerage operates and how our brokers and teams work together to serve clients throughout the Vail Valley.
