Manages paper and electronic files, uses office equipment including computers, responds to phone calls and emails, routes mail and maintains calendars and schedules.
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Englewood Office. The candidate will work to provide support and assistance to individuals and departments to help them meet their job responsibilities. This position assumes that the requirements and skills of previous positions have been and continue to be met, and that responsibilities are heightened.
Hourly Rate:

Requirements for this position are as follows: Responsibilities & Requirements Demonstrate initiative and the ability to anticipate office needs, solve routine problems independently, and follow tasks through to completion. Communicate professionally and effectively with employees, clients, vendors, and company leadership. Assist with project billing and invoicing activities and coordinate with project managers and Accounting as needed. Support and participate in recruiting, marketing, and community engagement activities and events as opportunities arise. Actively contribute to a positive and engaging office environment by building relationships with employees and helping identify opportunities to improve the employee experience. Manage day-to-day office needs, including greeting visitors, answering phones, spreadsheet/database entry, reporting, event planning, supply ordering, vendor coordination, purchase requests, and general office maintenance. Support tasks such as plotting, scanning drawings, photocopying, mailing, filing, making meeting and travel arrangements, tracking submittals, and other tasks as required.
