Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 10-14 person office Ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organized work environment that supports employee productivity and business objectives. Coordinate and manage office logistics, including scheduling team meetings, leadership meetings, and Board meetings, while ensuring meeting materials, facilities, and related administrative needs are effectively supported Oversee the procurement and management of office supplies, food and beverage services, and other workplace resources to maintain a positive employee and visitor experience Lead and support small-scale projects focused on improving office operations, processes, and overall workplace efficiency Primary point of contact for office-related vendors, managing relationships with third-party service providers, including cleaning, parking, and other facility services Serve as the liaison with the office landlord regarding building-related matters Qualifications At least 3+ years of applicable experience Experience supporting C-Suite is required Experience with Outlook 365, Teams, OneNote, etc. and Expensify a plus but not required Soft skills: proactive, effective decision making skills, can act unsupervised, flexible Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, high caliber organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
