They are currently looking to add a Temporary Receptionist to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate $20/hr - $25/hr Position Overview Our client is seeking a friendly, proactive self-starter for a 1-week Temporary Receptionist assignment from Friday, October 2 through Friday, October 9, 2026. Working the 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, you will manage front-desk operations, maintain common areas, and ensure the office runs smoothly during a high-activity week. Responsibilities Of The Temporary Receptionist Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Maintain general reception and common areas to ensure a neat appearance. Keep the kitchen area tidy and breakroom supplies stocked throughout the day. Set up and break down daily lunch catering. Greet visitors and assist staff as needed. Required Experience/Skills For The Temporary Receptionist Prior experience in receptionist, administrative, or hospitality roles. Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently. Punctual and reliable for the full duration of the 1-week assignment. Preferred Experience/Skills For The Temporary Receptionist Previous corporate office or fast-paced environment experience. Experience handling catering setups. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required. Benefits Position is not eligible for benefits due to assignment length.
