High-end residential and commercial construction, including exterior renovations, insurance restoration, and custom interiors The Opportunity You will serve as a vital operational anchor, streamlining the administration of high-end residential and commercial builds. This role empowers you to take ownership of critical permitting, contract management, and scheduling workflows within a rapidly growing team. Your detail-oriented support will directly accelerate project timelines and elevate the overall client experience. How You Will Make an Impact Prepare, submit, and track complex building permit applications across multiple Colorado jurisdictions to prevent project delays. Facilitate seamless contract execution by managing electronic agreements, lien waivers, and compliance files within the CRM system. Maintain accurate, real-time internal spreadsheets for subcontractor credentials, project tracking, and project manager assignments. Coordinate crucial daily field and design communications across digital platforms, including dedicated WhatsApp channels. Support the scheduling department and project managers by handling administrative requests and compiling essential field data. Act as a reliable process champion, ensuring all documentation reflects the company core values of clarity and quality. Required Qualifications & Experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and digital file management systems. Strong digital literacy with polished, refined computer etiquette suited for CRM tracking. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills necessary for navigating municipal permit offices. Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and organize shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of administrative or permitting experience within the construction, interior design, or related industries. Working knowledge of local building jurisdictions and municipal compliance processes throughout Colorado. Background as a showroom associate or manager, or a demonstrable passion for interior and kitchen design.
