Job Description
- Process, sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, documents, packages, and office materials.
- Operate high-volume scanning, copying, printing, and document imaging equipment while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Manage electronic files, document management systems, filing, archiving, purging, and records organization according to established procedures.
- Provide professional customer service by responding to service requests, job status questions, and onsite support needs.
- Maintain copier areas, supply areas, service logs, inventory records, and related office services documentation.
- Support shipping and receiving, conference room setups, equipment troubleshooting, and other onsite office support tasks as assigned. Compensation and Benefits
