Project Development / Delivery Administrator

Certified Payroll / Prevailing Wage Documentation Ensure timekeeping, labor classification, job allocation, and certified payroll support documentation is accurate, organized, and submitted within required timelines. Documentation and Closeout Completion Maintain complete project records and support timely closeout of completed projects. Reporting Quality Prepare and maintain accurate Excel-based reports that support project development visibility, project tracking, billing accuracy, and operational decision-making. Cross-Functional Responsiveness Provide timely and effective support to Project Development, Estimating, Project Delivery, Service, Payroll, and customers. Customer and Company Balance Demonstrate sound judgment by supporting customer needs while protecting company interests, following established processes, and escalating issues when appropriate.
