The Member Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administrative workflow that supports member communications, Club programming, private events, and general office operations. This position helps ensure projects move forward, deadlines are met, and members receive timely, professional service. Working closely with the Member Services Director, the Coordinator will own many of the department's recurring administrative processes, allowing the Director to focus on member engagement, communications, private event sales, and strategic initiatives. Primary Responsibilities General Office Administration Communications Support Club & Private Event Administration Coordinate administrative communication between departments. Project & Workflow Coordination Qualifications
  • Three or more years of administrative, office management, or project coordination experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Canva or similar graphic design software.
  • Experience with website content management systems, online registration platforms, and database management is desirable.
  • Hospitality, private club, nonprofit organizations, or professional office experience is preferred. Personal Characteristics
