Job Description A billion-dollar boutique hedge fund based in Greenwich, CT is seeking a polished, highly organized Second Assistant to support its Founder/Principal alongside the First Assistant. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-obsessed environment and can anticipate needs before they're spoken. This individual will work in tandem with the First Assistant to manage the principal's professional and personal life — from complex calendar and travel logistics to household coordination, family scheduling, and ad hoc projects. No two days look the same; flexibility and discretion are essential. Nicest Team and Personality is a Plus! 90-120k plus bonus Responsibilities Manage and coordinate complex, shifting calendars across business and personal commitments Arrange domestic and international travel (private aviation experience a plus) Liaise with household staff, vendors, and family members Handle confidential correspondence, expense reports, and personal errands Support event planning (dinners, family functions, philanthropic events) Provide overflow and backup coverage for the First Assistant Manage ad hoc projects with precision and discretionRequired Qualifications:
2+ years supporting a C-suite executive, principal, or UHNW family (finance experience a plus) Impeccable judgment, discretion, and professionalism — this role requires absolute confidentiality Exceptional organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail Comfortable with a demanding, fast-moving schedule, including some evening/weekend availability Based in or able to commute reliably to Greenwich, CT Polished communication style, both written and verbal Tech-savvy (calendar platforms, expense systems, travel booking tools) If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
