The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Medicare Administration Support Assistant to join our team. This temporary position will report to our agency located in Putnam, CT. Expected Timeframe is a minimum of September through March. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner Schedule client appointments for the Medicare team using a shared Outlook calendar Coordinate, confirm, and update appointments to help ensure schedules remain accurate and organized Receive, review, and organize completed documents from clients Accurately enter and update client and appointment information in the CRM system as needed Maintain organized digital records and documentation Communicate effectively with team members regarding scheduling, documentation, and data updates Provide general administrative support to the Medicare department as needed
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including shared calendars High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively Basic computer skills and familiarity with database systems Previous administrative or office experience preferred Full-time availability during Medicare Open Enrollment is required; this may be a seasonal position with the opportunity to become permanent Experience in insurance, Medicare, healthcare, or a professional office setting is a plus, but not required

Compensation:
