This position works closely with applicants, residents, and staff to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional customer service. Part-time position with strong potential to become full-time. Responsibilities Process housing applications and maintain waiting lists Coordinate applicant appointments, interviews, and unit showings Maintain accurate resident and applicant records Perform data entry and document management Prepare letters, reports, and other correspondence Answer phones and respond to inquiries from applicants and residents Assist with rent collection, deposits, and occupancy-related documentation Process maintenance work orders and resident requests Maintain filing systems and confidential records Provide professional customer service to residents, applicants, and visitors Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with data entry, filing systems, and general office procedures Ability to maintain confidential information and accurate records Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in housing, property management, leasing, occupancy, or a related administrative role Experience using databases or property management software Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Requirements Valid Connecticut driver's license Reliable transportation Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Retirement plan Professional development opportunities Supportive team environment We are willing to train the right candidate.
