Job Description
- Coordinate day-to-day office services activities, ensuring requests are completed accurately, professionally, and on time.
- Maintain logs, records, documentation, and tracking tools related to office operations, vendor activity, courier requests, and service issues.
- Communicate professionally with employees, customers, vendors, couriers, and management to support business needs.
- Follow established procedures, written instructions, and operational guidelines while identifying issues that require escalation.
- Support multiple administrative and operational functions while adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot routine issues, resolve service concerns when possible, and escalate complex matters appropriately. Compensation and Benefits

Friday Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support:
Maintain office supplies, coordinate meeting room setups, support workplace events, and assist with facility needs.Mailroom & Logistics:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages; prepare shipping labels and manage delivery tracking.Records Management:
Handle document intake, indexing, storage, retrieval, and secure archiving or destruction according to retention policies.Financial Operations Support:
Print, verify, and log checks; support quality control checks and month-end administrative processing.Reception & Customer Service:
Serve as backup reception, greet guests, manage calls, and issue temporary visitor badges.Equipment & Document Services:
Perform basic office equipment troubleshooting (copiers, printers) and process document requests (scanning, copying, binding).QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of High school diploma or GED required/ College graduate desired
- 1-2 years of experience in office services, mailroom operations, records management, administrative support, financial processing, customer service, reception, or a related operational environment preferred.
- Experience working in a corporate or customer-facing environment preferred.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, mailroom, records, document processing, financial reconciliation and/or reporting and office equipment is a plus.
