A User Interface or User Experience (UI / UX) Designer assists with technology design to make products easier for people to use. Determines user preferences and assesses the process that users follow to access product functions; develops and tests new design models, and incorporates findings in to improved product design. Researches the behavior of internet users and consumers, compiles information about the target audience for a site, and develops website layout, design and technology features that improve accessibility and value for users.

Skills and Requirements 7+ years of digital product design experience 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design, prototyping, and Figma experience Experience leading designers or overseeing design initiatives/projects Strong user-centered design methodology Expertise in Figma, including collaboration, feedback sessions, and design reviews Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems Ability to manage multiple design priorities and project deliverables Experience collaborating with marketing and communications teams Strong facilitation skills for whiteboarding, feedback, and design workshops Experience working across digital products and customer-facing experiencesBenefits
