Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities Perform data entry with accuracy into spreadsheets, databases, and other productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Handle front desk duties including managing appointments Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with calendar management for team members and coordinate meetings or appointments as needed Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices Provide customer service support by addressing client questions, supporting client communication efforts, and ensuring positive interactions Experience Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and document preparation Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is highly desirable Knowledge of including calendar and CRM management, is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to excellence!
