Job Description

Weekend Home Repair & Renovation Assistant (Great for Students) I'm looking for a reliable, hands-on person who's interested in part-time weekend work helping with home improvement projects. This is a great fit for a student or someone in school who wants to earn extra money, learn practical skills, and stay active on the weekends. I'm renovating an older house, so there's always something going on—drywall, painting, trim work, flooring, demo, basic carpentry, yard work, organizing, and general cleanup. No two weekends are exactly the same. You don't need to be a professional or have formal experience, but you should be comfortable using basic tools, willing to learn, and not afraid to jump in and help. If you've done any DIY projects, helped with renovations, or worked part-time in maintenance or construction, that's definitely a plus. I'm looking for someone who:
  • Is available on weekends (and possibly occasional weekday evenings if it works with your schedule)
  • Shows up on time and communicates well
  • Is willing to learn and take direction
  • Takes pride in doing solid, careful work
  • Doesn't mind physical, hands-on tasks
  • Has reliable transportation to get to the job site Hours are flexible and typically range from 8-20 hours per week depending on what we're working on and your availability.
Pay is based on experience, but I'm happy to work with someone who is just starting out and wants to build skills. If you're a student looking for steady weekend work and want to learn real-world home repair and renovation skills, I'd love to hear from you. Tell me a bit about yourself, your availability, and any experience (even small projects) you've had working with tools or doing hands-on work.
Pay:
$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Work Location:
In person
