Job Description

Performs diversified typing, filing, scheduling, clerical, and other administrative duties following established methods and procedures. Register and perform charge entry for indicated services, gathers and records statistics and census data. Performs utilization review tasks including obtaining eligibility and arranges transportation. Greets and interacts with adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patients and visitors, answers telephone and/or relays messages. Reports to the Program Coordinator.
