This important role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure a productive and welcoming environment. As an energetic and detail-oriented professional, you will be the "first face" of our office, providing exceptional client service, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communication among our partners and staff. Your experience in office management and technical proficiency will help drive our firm forward with enthusiasm and precision. Job Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, handling multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for partners and staff, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with basic financial recordkeeping under the direction of staff. Provide excellent client service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, offering support or directing requests appropriately. Assist with office management duties including general administrative support to enhance overall office productivity. Experience Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document creation, spreadsheets, calendar management, and communication. Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is a plus, but not required. Strong computer literacy Previous experience as a administrative assistant is advantageous but not required; a background in client service or personal assistant roles will also be considered. If no prior experience, the willingness to learn and desire to assist the partners and staff to add value to the firm in any way possible, will strongly be considered. Pay:
