Join The Team Behind the Action! Factory Sports is an indoor sports and recreation facility dedicated to providing exceptional athletic programs and experiences for athletes, families, and our community. We are seeking a part-time Administrative Operations Associate to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our Lewes facility. This role serves as the first point of contact for members and guests while assisting with customer service, office administration, program registrations, scheduling, communications, and facility readiness. What You Will Be Doing Greeting members, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service. Responding to front desk emails and voicemails promptly and professionally. Assisting with program registrations, scheduling, and customer inquiries. Processing payments and maintaining accurate records. Supporting daily office operations, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Cleaning and organizing the facility for daily programming, practices, and events. Assisting with customer communications regarding programs and upcoming events. Updating website and program information as needed. Capturing photos and videos for social media and marketing. Supporting leadership with special projects and daily operational needs. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Organized with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable using computers, office equipment, and learning new technology. A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. A problem solver with ability to multitask in an environment with changing priorities. Dependable, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever needed. A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others succeed. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred. Experience with sports, recreation, or customer service environments preferred. Proficiency with technology including Google Suite, POS systems. Experience with sports management software is a plus. Comfortable creating basic social media content, including taking photos, videos, and preparing posts with the ability to learn and update website and software platforms. Schedule Approximately 12-15 hours per week Monday through Thursday Morning to mid-day shifts Additional hours available during tournaments, camps, and special events Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility.
