Position Summary:
Reporting to Our Cape San Blas Office The Property Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting operations and ensuring high-quality service for both property owners and guests. This position reports to the St. George Island office and works closely with the Owner Relations team and all internal departments. You will serve as a communication hub—coordinating between departments, third-party vendors, and Owner Relations Specialists to ensure clear expectations, seamless processes, and premium property experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding new properties and welcoming owners to the rental program. Act as a liaison between Owner Relations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams. Coordinate appointments and communication with third-party vendors and service providers. Conduct regular property audits and inspections to maintain high standards. Run errands and oversee deliveries, utility setups, and service appointments. Support the review of monthly owner statements for accuracy before distribution.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills are important. Professional, diplomatic, and solutions-focused attitude. Familiarity with [HH1] smartphone apps, Microsoft Office, and general computer use. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships are important. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable personal transportation (mileage reimbursement provided). Willingness to assist with storm preparation and post-storm property assessments. Must be available to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible schedule as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
