Job Description

Summary We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our active Resales department. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the office, managing daily paperwork, answering incoming calls, organizing files, and providing critical administrative support to our Resales Agents and management team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. Responsibilities Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and resident inquiries professionally. Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate documents, listing folders, and office files. Enter and update property listings and client details accurately into the company CRM and database systems. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory. Assist Resales Agents with scheduling appointments, preparing marketing packets, and coordinating closing paperwork. Provide general administrative support, including copying, scanning, drafting correspondence, and data entry. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or administrative certification preferred). Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or office coordinator. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time-management capabilities.
