• GME Institutional Specialist
• who assists in supporting and coordinating system-wide GME administrative functions and ensuring compliance with all Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), Joint Commission, and other federal and state regulatory requirements regions. +

Responsibilities:

• + Assists with drafting policies and procedures and distributes/communications based upon direction from leadership.

+ Assists with planning meetings, developing agendas, compiling materials, recording minutes and following up on action items related to committees and subcommittees. + Prepares various agreements related to programs and ensures agreements meet requirements and policies. + Supports and assists with various onboarding related to students, residents and fellows including credentialing, licensure, J-1 visa requirements in partnership with Team Resources and Program Managers. + Provides support to Director Chief Medical Officer - Academics - DIO, Director Graduate Medical Education and Manager BayCare Institutional Graduate Medical Education regarding administrative responsibilities.

• 3 years of administrative or executive support and 1-year GME or related experience
