Follow direction, complete projects with minimal direction. Administrative skills including computer and bookkeeping skills. Possess a valid driver's license. Clean MVR. Job Summary The Office Assistant is responsible to support and carry out all office and clerical functions. Essential Functions Answer all incoming calls and route calls as appropriate. Make and distribute approved copies. Operate equipment which requires the skilled use of standard alpha-numeric keyboard, to produce forms, correspondence, reports and other agency documents. Complete all approved data entry/typing/word processing requested by program staff. Distribute mail including facsimiles. Maintain office supplies. File documents, as directed. Maintain participant and office confidentiality at all times.
