Office Assistant /
Administrator Reports To:
Branch Manager Hire Quest Direct provides specialized temporary staffing services, which include primarily general labor industrial and construction personnel. We are looking for someone willing to take on the role of Office Administrator at a Hire Quest Direct branch. The Office Administrator is responsible for dispatch of temporary employees, setting up the dispatch for the following day, maintaining all required records for the company, and assisting the Branch Manager with any necessary office functions. Building relationships with both customers and temporary employees is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining good communication with all current and prospective customers, temporary employees, and other team members of internal staff.
- Take inbound orders from existing and new customers and enter those orders into our system for dispatch.
- Processing and maintaining all required records, to include employee applications, customer applications, etc.
- Assisting with the collection of customers' payments.
- Proactively recruit daily for new talent.
- Utilize our messaging system to find available workers to fulfill the open orders.
- Assist with sales growth by calling on inactive customers, calling existing customers for repeat orders and resolving customer concerns by problem solving or escalating to your manager.
- Implement and ensure the integrity of operational standards.
- Assist new applicants with the employment process, answer questions and qualify potential temporary employees for eligibility to work.
- Assist with dispatch by preparing work tickets, distributing and collecting safety equipment, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location.
- Process payroll for our FTM's
- Process customer applications and ensure proper completion of set up of new accounts.
Job Requirements:
- An ideal candidate will possess the following skills and/or characteristics: Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task under pressure
- Great Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Highest commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
- Honest and ethical team player.
Staffing experience preferred:
- At least 2 years' experience in the customer service field, preferably in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
Pay:
$15
- 17 per hour based on experience and fit!
Hours:
11 AM
- 6:30 PM
- Monday-Friday, Every Other Saturday (with the ability to work 5:30am-11:30am as needed)
