Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an Install Coordinator to support our operations and contribute to our growth. This role is based in our Davie, FL office and includes an on-call rotation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and communicate all aspects of install jobs, including special orders, deposits, tools, permits, and more. Manage permit processing and ensure timely submissions. Assist Dispatch with Scheduling, and project coordination Communicate with plumbers and customers. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Close out calls in clients portal Verify and extend NTE's with clients for service request/repairs Assist technicians with time and material estimates Follow up with residential and corporate clients with updates on services rendered Provide additional administrative assistance as required.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in ServiceTitan (preferred) and Microsoft Excel Experience with permit processing and related tasks. Plumbing knowledge is preferred. Strong Administrative skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred. Why Joe Cole Plumbing?
