• Full-time / Part-time About the Role Seeking a personal assistant. We are looking for a licensed cosmetologist who can provide support behind the chair and keep the day running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who wants hands-on training in a high-demand extension business. Someone who has experience having an assistant column. What You'll Do Assist with weft and K-tip extension installs, removals, set up, stitching, etc Assist with and perform keratin and smoothing treatments Provide blow-dries and styling for clients Help clients schedule their next appointments before they leave Prep and maintain the station, tools, and product inventory Act as a personal assistant: managing my schedule, client communication, and day-to-day organization Requirements Active cosmetology license in Florida Hands on experience assistance with weft extensions and K-tip extensions Experience assisting/performing keratin treatments Strong blow-dry and styling skills Previous personal assistant or salon assistant experience Excellent communication, reliability, and professionalism with clients Ability to mix color, lightener, and apply glosses/single processes Nice to Have Experience with color services Familiarity with salon booking software Social media or content skills

Compensation & Schedule Pay:
