Location Doral Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 38411.54 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 64634.50 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Two years of advanced clerical experience are required. Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis. Recruitment Notes The incumbent will perform supervisory clerical work and/or advanced, independent clerical duties of comparable responsibility. Employees in this classification typically plan, assign, coordinate, and review the work of a moderate-sized clerical staff engaged in complex administrative and operational activities. The position requires the ability to establish work priorities, coordinate assignments, monitor work activities, and ensure that clerical functions are completed accurately and efficiently. When not serving in a supervisory capacity, the incumbent performs advanced clerical duties involving varied procedures, established guidelines, and a high degree of independent judgment. The position is responsible for analyzing and resolving work-related issues, determining appropriate courses of action, and independently managing complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision. Duties may include coordinating purchasing activities; conducting background checks; processing court orders and other official documentation; preparing requisitions, purchase orders, and receipts; maintaining accurate records and files; monitoring office supplies and inventory; and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the assigned work unit. The incumbent must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate and well-organized records.
