Position Is Offered By a No Fee Agency We are seeking a reliable, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hawthorne, FL. In this role, you will handle front office operations, manage project setups, process client payments, and assist with general office workflows. The ideal candidate maintains a calm professional demeanor under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes initiative to double check their work and ask questions whenever clarification is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming clients warmly and handle front desk phone inquiries.
- Set up new client projects in internal tracking software and ensure accurate data collection.
- Follow up with clients proactively to gather missing information or documents.
- Process outgoing mail, incoming client payments, and assist with general daily transactions.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
- Liaise with vendors and assist in managing day to day office processes.
Working hours:
9:00 AM- 5:00
PM Skills:
- Previous office management, admin, or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with basic project setup software and general data entry tools.
Education:
High School Qualifications:
- High commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive client data and financial records.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with a habit of double checking work before completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
