Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Jupiter, Florida. This part-time, contract position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including management, sales, and HR. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, demonstrate attention to detail, and contribute to the efficient functioning of office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry, document scanning, filing, and proofreading tasks.
• Create and organize reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and inventory tracking, using QuickBooks.
• Process orders and provide administrative support to various departments.
• Maintain well-organized records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Coordinate inventory management and ensure stock levels are tracked effectively.
• Deliver attentive customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Support general office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflows.
