100% Onsite Position Summary This position provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple Director-level leaders across various locations. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage competing priorities, support diverse stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to Director-level leadership, including:
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
- Expense management and reporting
- Track, manage, and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
- Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, materials, and follow-ups
- Conduct special projects and studies, providing insights and recommendations Qualification & Experience
- Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally well-organized with strong follow-through
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in:
- SAP Concur (expense management)
- Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting Director-level or senior leadership
- Proactive, self-starter ("go-getter") mindset
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
