100% Onsite Position Summary This position provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple Director-level leaders across various locations. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage competing priorities, support diverse stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Director-level leadership, including:
  • Calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Expense management and reporting
  • Track, manage, and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
  • Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, materials, and follow-ups
  • Conduct special projects and studies, providing insights and recommendations Qualification & Experience
  • Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally well-organized with strong follow-through
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Advanced proficiency in:
  • SAP Concur (expense management)
  • Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting Director-level or senior leadership
  • Proactive, self-starter ("go-getter") mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
