Part-Time Family, Homestead & Business Assistant — Live Oak, FL Regular schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m., with occasional weekend tours

Pay:

$20/hour, with an opportunity to earn tour commissions We are a Christian family with a young daughter, a homestead, and a family-run tiny home dealership. We are seeking a dependable, adaptable assistant to support our family and business. This is a dynamic role, and responsibilities will vary according to the needs of the day. You may care for our daughter while I meet with customers, or handle cleaning, laundry, errands, and other household tasks while I care for her. You will also help feed and care for our homestead animals. Business tasks may include creating Facebook posts, updating listings, assisting with ads, and conducting occasional scheduled tours of our model homes.

Travel coverage:

We will be traveling internationally from December 16 through January 30. During that period, you must be available to feed and check on the animals every day, including weekends, and conduct occasional tiny home tours as scheduled.

Tour commission:

When I am unavailable and you conduct a scheduled tour in my place, you will earn a $500 commission if that customer completes a tiny home purchase with us. I will handle quotes, follow-up, and the sale. The commission is paid once the purchase is completed. Experience running Facebook ads is not required; I can teach you. You must be comfortable using a computer and learning new tools. Experience caring for babies, a reliable car, a valid driver's license, and comfort around animals are required. CPR training is a plus but is not required. The person hired must pass a background check. The role has room to grow as the business grows.
