Hourly Rate:
$18.00
00 per hour , depending on skills, qualifications, and experience. 1-3 years of relevant administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred. No overtime. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls from homeowners and provide friendly, professional assistance. Assist homeowners with questions regarding payments, account information, and payment processes. Help homeowners register for and navigate the homeowner portal. Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners by phone, email, and other forms of written communication. Assist with general administrative and office duties, including filing, copying, scanning, organizing documents, and data entry. Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation. Assist with recurring monthly administrative tasks and office procedures. Assist the office team with daily administrative tasks and other duties as needed. Learn and utilize industry-specific software and systems used by Vista Community Association Management. Operate and learn to use common office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, and other office technology. Provide a positive and helpful experience for homeowners while representing Vista Community Association Management professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, receptionist, call center, or related office experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook is required. Basic computer and IT literacy with the ability and willingness to learn new software and technology. Ability to learn and effectively use industry-specific software and systems . Strong customer service skills and a genuine customer-service mindset. Friendly, professional, and patient communication style. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Comfortable working in a structured office environment. Enjoys office work and working as part of a professional team. Comfortable with routine and recurring tasks , including monthly administrative processes. Willingness to learn and properly operate office equipment. Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction and learn new responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications These qualifications are preferred but are not required: Previous experience in an administrative or professional office environment. Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience. Experience working with homeowners, residents, customers, or clients. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Experience working with property management, HOA/community association management, accounting, or similar industries is a plus.
