Job Description

As a German-Speaking International Office Assistant, you will be an integral part of the legal team at Jackson Law International. Native German fluency is a must: Wir suchen deutsch-sprechende Mitarbeiter für unsere Kanzlei in Florida. Wir vertreten hauptsächlich Mandanten aus Deutschland, der Schweiz, und Österreich. Es ist nicht notwendig zuvor in einer Kanzlei gearbeitet zu haben, da wir die Kompetenz unserer Mitarbeiter selber fördern. Für uns ist es eher wichtig, dass wir motivierte Mitarbeiter finden die auch mit unseren Mandanten auf deutsch sprechen können und mit der Europäischen Kultur vertraut sind. Responsibilities Provide administrative support in a legal office environment, including document management and filing. Manage correspondence and maintain organized records. Assist with client communications in German, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Support case management tasks, including document review and transcription. Maintain confidentiality and uphold legal standards in all interactions. Qualifications Native German (spoken & written) and strong proficiency with respect to English communication skills Strong legal administrative experience, including document review and case management is helpful, but not required Excellent writing and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong clerical skills, including data entry and filing Career development within the firm is not only possible but strongly encouraged!

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
