Duties include general administrative and clerical, receptionist and project based work. Hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

Summary of essential job functions Drive client in person client satisfaction and resolve issues according to policy and procedures Answer phones, screen and direct calls appropriately Schedule meetings and appointments and send calendar invites as directed Source estimates / proposals for company events & projects Respond to phone calls, emails and action items Enter and track data in systems and spreadsheets Provide administrative support Create and maintain documents and electronic files Inventory and maintain office supplies Administrate application process for real estate and association transactions Receive payments Process all incoming mail and packages Draft business letters, memos, notices and other documents Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential Assist managers with outgoing phone calls to residents and vendors Use supported software provided as requested, I.E. Vendor smart, ring central, Athena, compliance 360, outlook, word, excel, google sheets, etc. Assist with any other duties as needed Required Skills/Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills (MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish) Advanced computer skills Relevant work experience in a professional office environment. Real Estate field preferred but not required Proficient reporting skills Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize Problem Solving skills Must be detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask at all times Ability to work independently and act professionally at all times Team player Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to a new environment quickly Ability to build and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships. Desire to grow their career in the Real Estate or Property Management field Must have own transportation, driver's license and drivers insurance Preferred Qualifications (not required) : Real Estate experience Property management experience Knowledge of PropertyWare property management software a plus (willing to train) Knowledge of Vantaca property management software a plus (willing to train) Required languages:
