Administrative Assistant Kids in Distress - 4.2 Oakland Park, FL Job Details Full-time 13 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Driver's License Clerical experience Full Job Description This position provides clerical support and assistance to the Kinship program staff. Answer all phone calls, assist clients who need referrals and/or resources to the various Prevention Program services. Supports daily activities of the program: correspondence, faxing, gather incoming and outgoing mail, and prioritize task assignments from staff, Supervisors, and Director. Manages program-filing system which includes archiving, assistance with auditing and weekly maintenance of file room. Serves as a member of the KID support team by providing relief to the main switchboard and front desk when needed. Other duties as assigned. Skills/Requirements Must have a High-School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years administrative/ secretarial experience. Must be able to work flexible hours (might include weekends to meet the needs of the program.) Administrative/secretarial coursework preferred. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word. Must have a Valid Florida Driver's License with full-time access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (proof of insurance is required.)
