The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, maintaining office efficiency, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients. This role requires someone who can work independently, learn industry-specific software quickly, and has experience in healthcare or senior care settings. Responsibilities Manage daily administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings Support communication between team members and clients via phone, email, or in person Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Learn and utilize industry-specific software to support operational needs Provide general office support to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency Handle incoming inquiries and direct them appropriately Support billing, invoicing, or other financial documentation as needed Experience Previous experience in a home care, healthcare, or senior care setting is preferred Ability to learn new industry-specific software efficiently Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
