This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple business units in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will bring strong administrative skills, confidence with Microsoft Office programs, and the ability to manage reporting, communication, and follow-up tasks with accuracy. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping operations moving smoothly behind the scenes while supporting procurement-related processes and stakeholder communication.
The Day-to-Day:
Assist with email creation and distribution to stakeholders across multiple business units Analyze and clean up reporting for the Indirect Procurement Manager Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word to help create reports and work aids for stakeholders involved in indirect programs Provide support with calling, emailing, and following up with key hotels nationwide Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail Support ongoing communication and reporting needs in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required 1-3 years of administrative experience in purchasing, procurement support, or a data entry role Intermediate Excel skills required Familiarity with the full Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive data work with accuracy Clear and concise communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively

$20.00 per hour
