Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Open the Main Office daily and follow routine tasks Support the Principal and teachers with scheduling, reports, and communication Manage student records, admissions, and attendance Handle phones, messages, and office communication Assist with supplies, programs, events, and other admin duties Use computer tools for data entry and reports Perform other administrative duties as requested
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (experience may substitute for education) Bilingual in English and Spanish Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, and ability to run various applications and navigate the Internet; perform telecommunications handling busy telephones, fax and reception area Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with developmental disabilities and education administration is preferred Familiarity with PowerSchool (Preferred but not required)
