Job Description
Creole speaking Legal Assistant needed immediately for Plantation personal injury law firm. The majority of the job duties are for pre-suit personal injury accident cases. Duties include speaking with clients, composing letters, identifying insurance coverage, requesting medical records and bills, speaking with insurance companies, preparing settlement brochures, reducing medical bills and preparing closing statements. Hours M-F 830am to 530pm Please provide your resume for consideration. Compensation is hourly, commensurate with your experience and performance level, PLUS paid time off, 100% company paid health insurance and paid federal holidays
