In this role, you will be the first point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors while keeping projects, events, and office systems running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Manage phones, visitors, mail, and scheduling Maintain files, conference rooms, and office resources Support onboarding, event coordination, and vendor relations Assist financial services with accounts payable and administrative tasks Provide proactive support to staff and leadership teams What We're Looking For 2+ years as a receptionist or Administrative Assistant Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal Dependable, resourceful, and proactive team player Qualifications High School diploma or GED required Knowledge of the Survey/engineering industry #LI-CF1
