To provide specialized operational services in support of the school or designated district departmentPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
The principle activities of this position include an assigned combination of the following, as directed under specific school/department functions (for example, FTE, master schedule, student discipline, payroll, media services), depending on the size of the school/department and its administrative organization. 1.- Analyze data in a previously designed format and provide basic conclusions in report form. 2.
- Answer and route telephone calls and provide information as directed. 3.
- Collect, record, or enter data/information in a previously designed format. 4.
- Collect, receipt and deposit money as directed, including monitoring reconciliation. 5.
- Compile data and information and submit in report form. 6.
- Compute and tabulate data from computer and document records, including initiation of data/records needed. 7.
- Dispense medication to students according to prescribed policy and procedures. 8.
- Maintain documents and computer files. 9.
- Refer visitors to appropriate personnel. 10.
- Operate specialized equipment or computer software on an intermediate level. 11.
- Order supplies based on submitted requests. 12.
- Prepare reports according to previously designed format. 13.
- Process request forms at an advanced level of transaction, such as verifying the accuracy of the information. 14.
- Receive and distribute supplies/equipment, including authority to sign for receipt. 15.
- Reconcile accounts and records as directed based on set time periods, criteria and requirements of the assigned function. 16.
- Schedule activities/appointments on calendar as assigned, including administrative appointments. 17.
- Sort, distribute and open mail as directed, including notifying administration of sensitive or emergent content. 18.
- Verify accuracy of data and information submitted. Determine need to research conflicting data or inaccurate data. 19.
- Receive information, requests and complaints, and bring to resolution as directed. 20. Perform other related duties as assigned by the designated supervisor
