In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support various administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This position offers an engaging environment where your organizational skills and enthusiasm will contribute significantly to our team's success. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries efficiently, and handle correspondence with professionalism. Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization to uphold a professional appearance at all times. Coordinate appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings to optimize office workflow. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping. Support logistics coordination including shipping & receiving, materials handling, and inventory management when needed. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate internal communications and support special projects. Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Basic understanding of supply chain management concepts including warehouse distribution, inventory control, and logistics processes. Ability to perform data collection, analysis, and reporting using SQL or ERP systems such as SAP or AS400. Experience with materials handling equipment like forklifts (certification preferred) is advantageous.
