As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organizational support to senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a fast-paced position that requires a proactive individual who can anticipate needs, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using WordPerfect and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication. Assist with event planning, both internal and external, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly. Run errands and complete personal tasks as required by the executive team. Maintain records, organize files, and ensure all necessary documentation is readily available. Act as a liaison between the executive team and other staff members, vendors, and clients. Travel frequently as needed to support business operations. Adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
Qualifications:
Punctuality and a strong sense of time management are essential. Availability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice, is a must. Proficiency in WordPerfect and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
