This role involves managing schedules, answering phones, responding to emails, maintaining filing systems, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings and appointments. The Administrative Assistant serves as a key point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, time management, and computer skills are essential, along with proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
