This role combines field responsibilities with essential administrative duties. Key ResponsibilitiesField Duties Perform home inspections and document findings Make and distribute keys as needed Complete bank deposits and handle basic office errands Respond to and coordinate maintenance inquiries Meet with homeowners and prospective clients Communication Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and assist visitors Manage emails, memos, and general correspondence Provide clear and professional communication on behalf of the office Scheduling & Coordination Assist the administrator with scheduling appointments and meetings Send meeting invitations and reminders Coordinate meetings with homeowners, prospects, and vendors Record Keeping Maintain organized files, contact lists, and paperwork Take notes and record information during meetings Assist with employee record maintenance Travel & Office Management Arrange travel accommodations and reservations Order and maintain office supply inventory Other Duties Assist with employee recognition activities Support special projects as needed Perform key-making tasks and home inspections as assigned Qualifications Strong organizational skills Excellent communication abilities Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
