Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients Schedule and manage appointments Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Collect payments and co-pays Maintain patient records and office organization Assist with basic administrative tasks and light office cleaning Qualifications Previous front desk, medical office, or chiropractic office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn EHR systems Reliable, professional, and flexible availability Why Join Us?
