As an Office Assistant, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have experience with administrative assistant duties. Must have professional appearance and behavior. Must be able to work independently or under the direction of an experienced Director of Nurse.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments for clients according to caregiver. Maintain contact with clients daily except during scheduled appointments. This includes calling them daily, answering questions from clients by phone and e-mail, as well as contact emails. Monitor all aspects of a client's appointment including the beginning of their visit and its transitions into full day visits with DCO and their family members. Obtain all required documents from DCO for each visit as well as check with clients and caregivers to make sure all documents are complete and accurate. Keeps updated records of all appointments including initial paperwork and final appointment logs within company electronic medical record system. Coordinates arrival of clients as directed by Infinity Health Care Service and Solutions Director of Nursing. Also, provides assistance to Infinity Health Care Service and Solutions staff as needed for clients.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
