Part‑Time About Us STA Contracting Inc. provides professional support services for government contracts and is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Project Manager. This position is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and assisting with project coordination. Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team Assist with preparing reports, tracking documents, and maintaining project files Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars Perform data entry, filing, and general office organization Handle inbound calls, emails, and daily correspondence Assist with compliance paperwork, onboarding processes, and access requests Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and other internal documents Order and manage office supplies and equipment needs Communicate professionally with staff, contractors, and government personnel Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant (preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information Experience supporting government contracts is a plus but not required Ideal Candidate Reliable and self‑motivated Professional and friendly demeanor Strong problem‑solving skills Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
