Full Job Description Position Overview:
YIBLA (USA) Technology Ltd. Co. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support the Director of Operations in daily business activities. This role is essential in maintaining smooth internal operations, coordinating schedules, managing team communications, and assisting with event planning and execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support to the Director of Operations Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments Coordinate internal team communications and task assignments Assist in organizing, booking, and executing company events, activations, and meetings Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects and tasks Maintain organized records, documents, and reports Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and general office inquiries Assist with travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries Support team members with day-to-day operational needs Monitor inventory and office supplies, placing orders when necessary Help streamline office processes to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Previous administrative or office support experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
